CDG Zig Driver App: Travel & Navigation for ComfortDelGro Drivers
The CDG Zig Driver App is a free Android application developed by ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited that allows cabbies and private-hire car drivers to bid for current jobs. It has a simple interface that allows drivers to toggle between being "Ready" to accept booking jobs or being "Busy".
One of the main features of the app is the History tab, which displays a daily and weekly summary of completed jobs bid through the CDG Zig Driver App and/or MDT. This tab also allows drivers to view and track their completed trips in greater detail. Additionally, the Profile tab allows drivers to update their personal information such as email address, mobile number, and app password.
The Feedback tab allows drivers to send feedback or enquiries to ComfortDelGro's Driver Relations Officers (DROs). It is important to note that continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
